摘  要:本文通过搜集游客对华清池《长恨歌》的1 901条在线网络评论,基于扎根理论和文本内容分析法研究文化实景旅游演艺的游客感知.研究发现,游客对文化实景旅游演艺的正面感知因素主要包括演出实景、表演水平、历史文化、视觉特效、接待服务5个方面;游客的负面感知因素可分为5个核心类属和10个子类;对于学界所关注的文化创意性和文化真实性却被网友忽视而未出现在点评之中;同时,针对游客的负面感知评论本文提出了相应的改进措施,以期能为文化实景旅游演艺游客满意度和景区形象的提升提供一定的决策指导.This paper studies tourists' perceptions of scenic cultural tourism performing arts based a grounded theory and text analysis through 1901 online network comments collected from tourists comments about the everlast- ing regret of Huaqing Hot Spring. The result shows that tourists' positive perception factors of scenic cultural tourism performing arts are including the real background performance, the performance level, history and culture, visual effects as well as service and system in 5 aspects. The negative perception factors include 5 key kinds and 10 small classes as well. For the cultural creative and cultural authenticity, which are paid attention to by the academic com- munity, were ignored and did not appear in the comments. Meanwhile, based on tourists' negative perception this article proposed corresponding improvement measures in order to provide decision-making guidance to enhance the tourist satisfaction for the culture tourism performing art in scenic spot and image of the scenic spot.
