摘　　要：近年来,生态酿酒在国内发展迅速,相关科技工作者也做了大量的研究,并取得了一系列的成果。从生态酿酒的思想起源、生态酿酒工业园、生态酿酒学、产后生态技术等方面综述了国内生态酿酒的现状,以期为今后生态酿酒研究提供参考。In recent years, with the rapid development of ecological liquor-making in China, a lot of researches have been done, and a series of achievements have been obtained. In this paper, the present situations of ecological liquor-making was summed up from the following aspects： the origin of ecological liquor-making thought, ecological liquor-making industrial park, ecological oenology, and post-production ecological technology etc., which provided useful reference for ecological liquor-making in the future.
