摘 要:目的应用锥形束CT建立球面坐标系,比较骨性I类及骨性Ⅲ类患者的下颌骨形态,以供临床参考。方法对34例骨性Ⅲ类成人患者和42例骨性I类成人患者的下颌骨进行测量,比较两者之间的不对称性差异。结果骨性Ⅲ类组下颌升支总长度与下颌体长度的双侧差值以及下颌体、下颌升支总段、下颌升支侧方段和下颌升支后端的前方倾斜度的双侧差值均明显高于骨性I类组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。各项测量值均与矢状骨面型存在相关性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论使用球面坐标评价面部的不对称行之有效。骨性Ⅲ类患者比骨性I类患者下颌骨不对称的趋势更为明显。Objective To analyze the mandibular morphology in skeletal class I and class Ⅲ patients in spherical coordinate system used CBCT. Methods The mandibular and ramal lines were measured in 42 patients with skeletal class I malocclusion and 34 patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion.The differences of the bilateral asymmetry between two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in bilateral differences of the length of the mandibular body, rarnul longitude and midsagittal inclination angles of the lines (P〈0.05) . The bilateral differences of the length and midsagittal inclination angles of the lines had significant correlation with sagittal skeletal pattern ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusions It is effective to use the spherical coordinates to evaluate the asymmetry of the mandibular.The skeletal class Ili group shows significant asymmetry differences in ramus height, midsagittal inclination compared with the class I group.
