摘  要:目的评价实时CDFI技术在膀胱壁活动性出血诊断中的应用价值、方法选取2009年4月至2014年10月以血尿收位入院的患者13倒,先常规二维超声检查,再应用实时CDFI技术,对膀胱壁进行检查,查找膀胱壁活动性出血点部位。结果13俐膀胱壁活动性出血患者在超声检查中应用实时CDFI技术,均于膀肫壁上发现点状彩色血流信号,并可见少许.最状回声自彩色血流信号处向膀腕内流出,PWD可测得低速血流样频谱,明确了膀胱壁出血点部位。结论超声作为膀胱出血的首选检查方法,不仅可排除肿瘤、结石、息肉等病变,在活动性出血患者应用实时CDFI技术可明确膀胱壁上出血点部位。为临床膀胱镜下治疗提供帮助、Objective To evaluate the application value of real-time CDFI technique in diagnosis of active hemorrhage of bladder wall. Methods From April 2009 to October 2014, 13 patients with hematuria were inspected firstly through two-dimensional ultrasound, then the real- time CDFI technique was applied to look for the site of active bleeding of bladder wall. Results With application of the real-time CDFI technique, all patients were found point color blood flow signal, and seen a little echo from the color flow signal flow into the bladder, PWD were used to measure the low velocity blood flow spectrum, which could definite the site of bleeding of bladder wall. Conclusions Ultrasound is the first choice for the examination of bladder bleeding, and it can not only exclude tumor, stones and polyps etc, but also find the bleeding site of bladder wall with real- time CDFI technique, which can provide hetp for the therapy of cystoscopy.
