摘  要:目的:观察延龄草总皂苷对宫颈癌Hela细胞侵袭与迁移的影响及其机制。方法:培养宫颈癌细胞Hela,加入延龄草总皂苷(1、2 mg/L)24 h后,采用细胞侵袭实验、划痕实验观察延龄草总皂苷对Hela细胞侵袭与迁移的影响,以Western blot方法检测细胞中MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果:延龄草总皂苷能够有效地抑制Hela细胞的侵袭与迁移,浓度依赖性地降低MMP-2、MMP-9的蛋白表达。结论:延龄草总皂苷可能通过降低MMP-2、MMP-9的表达发挥抑制宫颈癌细胞Hela侵袭与迁移的作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of Trillium saponins on the invasion and migration of cervical cancer cells Hela and explore the possible mechanisms. Methods:Hela cells were treated with different concentrations of Trillium saponins( 1 or 2 mg/L). Cell invasion and migration were then evaluated by transwell and wound healing assays. The effect of Trillium saponins on the protein expression of MMPs was investigated by Western blot. Results: Trillium saponins suppressed the invasion and migration of Hela cells significantly. It could reduce the expression of MMP- 2 and MMP- 9 in a concentration dependent manner. Conchlsion:TriHium saponins inhibited Hela metasta- sis, at least in part, by affecting the expression of MMP -2 and MMP -9.
