不同BMI分级对藏族恶性肿瘤住院患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解藏族恶性肿瘤住院患者的生活质量状况,分析BMI对恶性肿瘤住院患者生活质量的影响。方法:通过自制一般资料问卷和EORTC QLQ-C30量表对76例藏族恶性肿瘤住院患者进行问卷调查。结果:76例藏族恶性肿瘤住院患者总体健康状况得分为(46.04±22.08)分,疲倦(39.49±23.20)分;恶心与呕吐(26.32±29.97)分;疼痛(36.39±25.34)分;呼吸困难(24.12±28.60)分;失眠(36.03±31.15)分;食欲丧失(40.79±36.76)分;便秘(18.76±25.10)分;腹泻(24.42±27.40)分;经济困难(48.00±34.96)分。两独立样本t检验分析表明,不同BMI指数分级的恶性肿瘤住院患者的疼痛和失眠得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:76例藏族恶性肿瘤住院患者生活质量整体较差,BMI指数对症状型因子有影响,营养不良的患者更易出现失眠、疼痛等症状。Objective：To investigate the quality of life of the Tibetan patients with malignant tumor and explore the relation of BMI to the quality of life. Methods：76 hospitalized patients were investigated by self - made general information questionnaire and EORTC QLQ c30 - scale questionnaire. Results ：The average score of the general qual- ity of life of the 76 cancer patients was （46.04 ± 22.08 ） points, the fatigue score was （ 39.49 ± 23.20） points, the nansea/vomiting score was （26.32 ± 29.97 ） points, the pain score was （ 36.39 ± 25.34） points, the difficulty in breathing score was （24.12 ± 28.60） points,the sleeplessness score was （36.03 ± 31.15 ） points, the appetite loss score was （40.79 ± 36.76） points, the constipation was （ 18.76 ± 25.10） points, the diarrhea scores was （ 24.42 ± 27.40） points, the financial difficulties was （48.00 ± 34.96） points. Two independent samples t test showed that the different BMI grade of the hospitalized patients 13ain and sleepless scores were statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The general quality of life of the 76 cases of the Tibetan hospitalized patients with malignant tumor is poor. BMI index is influencing the symptom of the quality of life. The Tibetan hospitalized patients with ma- lignant tumor was tend to be more pain and insomniac. Therefore ,the medical staff should focus on the patients＇nutri- tion state to improve their quality of life.
