摘　　要：目的:报道椎管内浆母细胞淋巴瘤(plasmablastic lymphoma,PBL)1例并探讨PBL的诊治。方法:总结1例椎管内PBL的临床资料及诊疗过程,并对国内外文献进行复习。结果:MRI表现为椎管内及椎体多发病变,手术病理诊断为PBL,HIV阴性。经过1个疗程化疗,病情无缓解。结论:确诊PBL需要病理学检查,没有标准的治疗方案,预后不良。Objective：To assess the intraspinal tumor of plasmablastic lymphoma（PBL）. Methods：l case of PBL with intraspinal tumor was reported with review of literature. Results： Intraspinal occupancy diseases in MRI, Patho- logical result confirmed that the patient had plasmablastie lymphoma with negative HIV. After 1 course chemotherapy, the patient achieved no remission. Conclusion： Diagnosis of PBL still depends on both clinical and pathological find- ings. At present there is no standard therapy.
