摘  要:鉴于热疗可以显著增加化疗药物的细胞毒性,因此将化疗与热疗联合使用,即热化疗,可以使化疗药物在较低浓度下达到较好的治疗效果。但是提高临床热化疗疗效的关键是实现对肿瘤部位的靶向性加热。为克服传统全身性热疗靶向性不足的缺陷,具有极高光热/磁热转化能力的纳米热疗剂已经成为目前相关领域的研究重点。特别是通过纳米热疗剂与化疗药物的共载,实现热疗和化疗的高效协同作用,已经成为目前肿瘤靶向性热化疗的研究热点。As hyperthermia can enhance cytotoxicity of chemotherapeutic drug significantly, the thermo-chemotherapy,combining hyperthermia and chemotherapy,could achieve desired curative effect at lower drug dose. However, the efficiency of thermo-chemotherapy is determined completely by targeting hyperthermia in tumor tissue, which is limited by traditional whole-body heating.To overcome the shortage of traditional whole-body hyperthermia, some nano hyperthermia agents, converting infrared light or magnetic energy into thermal energy efficiently, have become promising candidates on targeting hyperthermia of tumor.Especially nano hyperthermia agents can be encapsulated with chemotherapeutic drugs simultaneously to form co-delivery,which could improve the synergetic efficiency of hyperthermia and chemotherapy. Therefore, thermo-chemotherapy based on nano-hyperthermia agents has been certificated as a promising cancer treatment.
