摘　　要：肿瘤早期转移及术后复发成为乳腺癌患者的最大威胁,而患者血中检测到循环肿瘤细胞是肿瘤发生微转移的重要依据。目前检测方法基于抗体技术、核酸技术及联合检测等,不同方法有其优点及局限性。Early metastasis of breast cancer and recurrence is proved to be the greatest threat to the patients. The detection of circulating breast tumor cells in blood is an important evidence of tumor micrometastasis. Current detection methods of circulating tumor cells including antibody based technique, nucleic acid based technique and the joint detection methods. All of them have their advantages and limitations.
