专业学位供给侧结构改革的广东路径

摘　　要：经济新常态下,广东调整了产业结构,新的产业结构对高层次应用型人才提出了新的需求,必须依托广东发达的产业优势建立专业学位自主管理体系,优化专业学位布局,提高专业学位与产业的适切度,面向产业改革人才培养模式,建立区域性研究生联合培养基地,形成特色的工程师培养,通过改革满足广东产业高层次应用型人才需求,找寻专业学位供给侧结构改革的广东路径。Guangdong has adjusted the industrial structure under China＇s New Normal. The new industrial structure has put forward urgent demand for high-level applied talents. I t ＇s necessary to carry out supply-side structural reform of professional degree and to establish autonomous management system of professional degree based on advantages of Guangdong developed industry, optimizing the layout of professional degree to improve the adaptability between professional degree and industry. Based on the cultivation model of industrial reform, i t ’s essential to establish regional graduate cultivating bases, forming a featured cultivating condition of engineers. This reform aims at meeting Guangdong industries’ demands of high-level applied talents, and seeking a unique Guangdong path of supply-side structural reform of professional degree.
