摘　　要：目的:探讨根管充填方法及质量对隐裂牙髓炎治疗后的远期疗效影响。方法:收治隐裂牙髓炎患者200例,随机分为A组和B组,A组采用镍钛器械Pro Taper系统进行一次性根管充填,B组采用不锈钢K锉传统方法根管充填,比较两组治疗效果。结果:A组充填适充率显著高于B组(P<0.05)。两组长期疗效、术后疼痛比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:根管充填质量影响隐裂牙髓炎治疗的远期疗效,临床应该规范化根管充填质量。Objective:To explore the influence of root canal filling method and quality on long-term curative effect of recessive pulpitis.Methods:200 patients with recessive pulpitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the A group and the B group.The A group was treated with nickel titanium instruments Pro Taper system for disposable root canal filling.The B group was treated by stainless steel K files traditional methods of root canal filling.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the A group,the filling fit rate was significantly higher than the B group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between groups in the long-term efficacy and postoperative pain(P>0.05).Conclusion:The quality of root canal filling affected the long-term effect of recessive pulpitis.In clinical practice,we should standardize the quality of root canal filling.
