摘　　要：本院近期收治1例患儿,因"头痛,呕吐20 d,加重5 d"入院,最终诊断为原发性颅内恶性淋巴瘤致骨髓浸润。原发性颅内恶性淋巴瘤致骨髓浸润在临床中较为罕见,本文对该患者的病历资料进行介绍和分析,为临床提供探讨。Our hospital recently admite 1 case of children,due to 'headache,vomiting 20 days,increase of 5 days' admission,the patient is eventually diagnosed as primary intracranial malignant lymphoma with bone marrow infiltration.Primary intracranial malignant lymphoma with bone marrow infiltration is rare in clinical practice,this paper introduces and analyzes the patient's medical records,to provide discuss for clinic.
