中西医结合治疗视神经萎缩的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗方法在视神经萎缩中的临床效果。方法:收治视神经萎缩患者92例,随机平分两组,对照组应用单纯西药疗法,研究组采取中西医结合治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床效果。结果:研究组患者的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗视神经萎缩的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的视野与视力。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of optic atrophy.Methods:92 patients with optic atrophy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with western medicine alone.The study group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of optic atrophy is significant,which can effectively improve the patients' visual acuity and visual field.
