腹腔镜联合腹主动脉旁淋巴结清扫术治疗子宫内膜癌45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腹腔镜联合腹主动脉淋巴结清扫术在子宫内膜癌患者中的临床治疗效果及安全性。方法:子宫内膜癌患者90例,随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组采用开腹手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜联合腹主动脉淋巴结清扫术治疗,比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果:观察组腹主动脉旁淋巴结清扫时间、腹主动脉旁淋巴结数显著多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹主动脉旁淋巴结清扫出血量、术后肛门排气时间及术后住院时间,显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能、整体功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为8.89%,显著低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论:与开腹手术相比,子宫内膜癌患者采用腹腔镜联合腹主动脉淋巴结清扫术治疗效果理想,安全性较高。Ob je c t iv e ：T o o b serv e th e laparoscopic su rg e ry combined with abd omina l aort ic d issec tion clinical efficacy and safety in patients with endometrial carcinoma. Methods： P a t ien ts w ith en d om e tria l cancer h o sp i ta l for treatment of 90 cases, according to the treatment regimen were randomly divided into control group （n = 45） and observation group （n = 45）. The control group was open surgery, laparoscopic surgery combined with the observa-tion group-aortic lymph node dissection treatment, two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and safety. Re-sults ：The para-aortic lymph node dissection time, para-aortic lymph nodes, significantly more than the control group （P〈C0. 05） ; beside the observation group aortic lymph node dissection bleeding, and postoperative anal ex-haust time hospital stay, significantly less than the control group （P〈0 . 05） ; th e o b se rv a t io n g ro up a f te r tre a tm e n t physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function, social function, the overall score was higher （P〉〈0. 05） ; the observation group surgery after the complicat ion rate was 8. 89% , signif icantly lower than the 22. 22% in the control group （P〈0 . 0 5 ） . C o n c lu s io n： Com p ared w i th o pen s u rg e ry , en d om e trial cancer were tre a ted with laparoscopic surgery combined with abdominal aortic dissection treatment results are satisfactory, high securi-ty, should be widely applied.
