《丹溪心法》对经络证治的学术贡献

摘　　要：《丹溪心法》是由其弟子戴元礼、赵以德、刘淑渊等整理朱丹溪之心得,是一部比较全面反映朱丹溪临床治疗经验的医学著作,该书对经络的认识有独到的见解。朱丹溪提出的十二经见证、手足阴阳经合生见证,是对经络病候、诊断归经的充实和完善,进一步发展了《内经》的经络学说,丰富了中医学基础理论的内容;灸法有补火泻火的功效,对灸法临床应用有一定的指导作用。Danxi xinfa is collated by its disciple Dai Yuan- li, Zhao Yi-de and Liu Shu-yuan etc. It is a comprehensive reflection of Zhu Dan-xi＇s clinical treatment experience. This book has the original opinion on understanding the energy channels. Zhu Dan-xi puts forward the syndrome of twelve channels and its intersectional syndrome. It is an enrichment and improvement to the syndrome and diagnosis of energy channels, that to further develop the energy channels theory in Huangdi neijing,and enriched the content of traditional Chinese medicine basic theory,moxibustion has reinforcing and reducing function,it has a guiding impact on clinical application of moxibustion.
