摘　　要：护理缺失是指护理行为过程中的缺失,未必造成不良结果。但护理缺失的存在,必会导致护理质量降低,影响患者安全。目前,护理缺失的测评工具是MISSCARE问卷,本文以总结护理缺失的影响因素和干预措施为主要目的,并对MISSCARE问卷今后的发展和护理缺失的干预提出建议与展望。Missed Nursing Care （MNC） means the deficiency of nursing behaviors in the care process, but may not cause adverse results. However, when MNC exists, it will lead to the poor care quality and influence patients＇ safety. At present, the assessment tool of MNC is MISSCARE Survey. The major purpose is to summarize influencing factors and intervention of MNC, also to put forward some suggestions and prospects for the future development of the MISSCARE Survey and interventions for MNC.
