京津冀协同发展视阈下天津市高技能人才培养的思考

摘　　要：京津冀协同发展是国家的一个重大发展战略,其核心是推进三地区域经济一体化、打造首都经济圈,实现三地优势互补、互利共赢的战略目标。天津市作为三地之一,其经济和产业结构特色使其对高技能人才的需求非常之大。文章分析和探讨京津冀协同发展战略机遇下天津市高技能人才培养现状,对存在的问题和解决对策进行思考。Coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is an important developmental strategy in our country, the core of which is to promote the regional economic integration of the three areas, construct the economic circle of Beijing, achieve the strategic targets of complementing one another＇s advantages among the three regions and obtaining mutual benefits and win-win results. Tianjin is one of the three regions, and its characteristics of economic and industrial structures make it have a very large demand of high-skilled talents. The paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of high-skilled talents in Tianjin and reflects on the existing problems and their solutions in this context.
