京津冀中职汽车专业技能型人才培养现状研究

摘　　要：针对京津冀三地中职学校汽车专业技能型人才培养现状,从学校数量、专业设置、课程体系、实训设施、师资队伍五个方面,结合实际分析存在的问题,从学校层面提出相应对策,以期培养出适应汽车市场需求的人才。This paper mainly focuses on the status quo of the secondary vocational automotive skilled talents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, including five aspects： the number of schools, speciality setting, curriculum system, training facilities and teachers. Combined with the actual analysis of the existing problems, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures at the school level, in order to cultivate the students who can adapt to the demand of automotive market.
