摘 要:针对熔胶盒加热速度慢、预热时间长等问题,建立熔胶盒热传递数学模型,对其热传递情况进行分析;根据熔胶盒的实际尺寸和发热板的功率参数,建立数值仿真模型,并利用Ansys软件进行仿真计算,仿真结果显示熔胶盒的热传递具有不均匀性。根据仿真结果从加大前端发热板功率、将底部发热管换为发热板、取消侧边发热板、调整熔胶盒筋板的位置和高度四个方面对熔胶盒进行优化。结果表明,优化后的熔胶盒热传递效果得到很大改善。现场使用反馈,改进后的熔胶盒预热时间明显缩短。所得研究成果对解决类似工程问题,具有一定的理论和参考价值。To improve the heating speed and long preheat time problems of sol box of automatic edge-banding machine, the mathematical model of the sol box was established, which can be used to analyze the heat conduction of the sol box. According to the actual size and operating parameters of sol box, the solution simulated the intemal heat conduction based on Ansys software. The result showed the internal heat conduction is non-uniform. Based on the result, the solution proposed some improvements to increase the power of the front heating plate, to use the heating plate instead of heating pipe, to cancel the side heat plates and to adjust the position and height of the rib plates. After the optimization, the simulation result showed intemal heat conduction characteristic can be greatly improved. The application indicated that the preheat time of improved sol box model was shortened obviously. In conclusion, the research result has great theory and reference value.
