安徽省高校大学生创业素质的调查与分析

摘　　要：在查阅有关高校大学生创业现状、创业素质、培养方案的国内外相关文献的基础上,选取了具有代表性的安徽省七所高校大学生发放《安徽省大学生创业素质调查问卷》,并通过对创业大学生和创业青年企业家的访谈,分析了安徽省大学生创业素质的现状及目前的培养情况。调查表明,目前安徽省高校大学生创业意愿较强,但其创业素质现状并不乐观,同时高校的创业教育效果也并不显著;如何完善高校的创业教育体系以促进大学生创业素质的提高,成为安徽省大学生创业教育发展的关键。Based on the related literatures on the status quo of college students＂ entrepreneurship, their entrepreneurial quality and training schemes, and through the questionnaire surveys of the students from seven representative universities in Anhui Province as well as the interviews of entrepreneurial students and graduated young entrepreneurs, this paper analyzes the current situation of the entrepre- neurial quality of college students in Anhui Province and its training. The results show that currently the college students in Anhui Province have strong willingness in entrepreneurship, but the current status of their entrepreneurial quality is not satisfactory, at the same time the entrepreneurial education in colleges is less efficient. Therefore, how to perfect the entrepreneurial education system in colleges to improve the entrepreneurial quality of college students has become the key to the entrepre- neurial education of college students in Anhui Province.
