摘  要:采用CATIA CAA二次开发技术,开发了汽车零件多工位模具的运动仿真及干涉检查系统。通过对模具部件进行分类,提出了模板化定义方法,将设计人员与底层繁琐的运动副定义隔离开来,实现了运动部件的快速定义;通过CATIA自定义特征解决模板化数据的存储问题,实现了运动部件的自由删除、添加以及重编辑;通过解析基本曲线和部件的运动参数得到驱动曲线,利用驱动曲线确保实现真实有效的运动仿真。相对于专业的仿真软件,系统实现了模具设计修改与仿真检查的集成,避免了模型数据的反复转换;相对于CATIA平台的仿真模块,系统减少了设计人员在仿真过程中的大量重复操作。系统提升了汽车多工位模具的设计效率,缩短了开发周期。Based on the CAA technology of CATIA, the motion simulation and interference checking system for muhi-station automobile die was developed. Through the classification of die components, a template-defined method was put forward, and the designer and the complicated sub-definition of motion subassembly was separated to realize a rapid definition of moving parts. Then, the system could achieve free removal, addition and re-edit of moving parts by CATIA custom feature to store template data. Furthermore, the driving curve was obtained by analyzing the basic curve and parameters of moving parts, and a true and effective motion simulation could be achieved by driving curve. Compared with professional simulation software, the system realized the integration of the die design modification and simulation cheeking, and avoided repeated conversion of the model data. Thus, compared with the simulation module of CATIA, the system reduced many repeated operations in the simulation process, improved the design efficiency of multi-station die, and shortened the development cycle.
