摘 要:现有研究普遍认为在集群企业合作过程中关系资源能够显著提升合作绩效,但其作用路径却并不明晰,并缺乏一定的经验证据。本文构建了包含关系能力与企业间信任的双元中介效应模型,基于江浙典型产业集聚区内相关企业样本,运用结构方程模型进行假设检验与中介效应识别。研究结果显示,总体上关系资源能显著提升集群企业间合作绩效,但其直接作用并不明显,这一过程中关系能力起到了部分中介作用,而信任关系起到了完全中介作用。这也从某种程度上解释了为什么一些集群企业在面对同样的关系资源时合作绩效却相差迥异。本文认为基于彼此间信任的关系能力构建与维系对合作绩效具有决定性影响。The existing research generally holds that the relation resources can significantly improve cooperation performance in the prncess of cluster enterprise cooperation, but its action path is not clear and lacks some empirical evidence. This paper constructs the model of binary intermediary effect, which includes relation ability of relationship and trust between enterprises. Based on the sample of relevant enterprises in the typical industrial agglomeration zone of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the structure equation model is used to carry out testing of the hypothesis and identification of the intermediary effect. The research results show that the relation resources can significantly improve the cooperation performance of the clusters, but its direct effect is not obvious, and in the process, the relation ability plays a partially intermediary role and trust relation plays a fully intermediary role. This also explains to some extent why some cluster companies have different cooperation performances in the face of the same relation resources. This paper argues that the construction and maintenance of relation ability which is based on mutual trust have a decisive influence on cooperation performance.
