摘  要:鉴于国内外护理康复床等产品存在的不足,设计了一种新型多功能康复床系统。结合人机工程学和医疗护理知识,对其主要结构如双摇杆位姿调整机构、直立机构、弹性辅助支撑机构和方便盖启闭机构等进行了分析与设计并结合多体动力学仿真ADAMS软件对其进行验证;运用有限元分析ANSYS软件对承力底盘架进行力学性能分析。该系统能够实现自动行走、自动坐姿、躺姿以及立姿等姿位的调节,具有功能完善、操作简单、可胜任多种护理任务等的特点。In view of the deficiencies of nursing rehabilitation bed at home and abroad, a new multi-function rehabilitation bed system is put forward. According to the ergonomic and medical care knowledeges ,the main structures such as position adjustment mechanism with double rocker,vertical stand mechanism,flexible auxiliary support mechanism and toilet cover opening and closing mechanism,are analysized and designed out with the rationality verification by the multibody dynamic simulation ADAMS software. Then the chassis frame supporting its body is analyzed in the mechanical property using the finite element analysis ANSYS software. This system can walk automatically and realise the position adjustments of sit,sleep and erection,which has the characteristics of owing complete functions,simple oprations and availability of various nursing work.
