摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法分别测定瓜蒌皮、薤白60%乙醇提物和乙酸乙酯萃取部位,正丁醇萃取部位的槲皮素和腺苷的含量。结果表明:无论是腺苷还是槲皮素的含量测定值,紫外分光光度法测得的远高于高效液相色谱法。原液中槲皮素、腺苷的含量高于乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位,薤白中槲皮素未检出,可能是因为含量过低或不存在。改进后的方法更全面真实准确地测定瓜蒌皮、薤白提取物中槲皮素和腺苷的含量。The contents of quercetin and adenosine in 60% ethanol extractives of Pericarpium trichosanthis and Allium macrostemon, ethyl acetate fraction and n-butanol fraction were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and UV-spectrophotometric methods. The results showed that determination of the content of adenosine or quercetin, UV- spectrophotometry was much higher than that by HPLC. The content of quercetin and adenosine in extractive was higher than ethyl acetate fraction and n-butanol fraction. Moreover, the quercetin was not detected in Allium macrostemon, probably because the content was too low or did not exist. The improved method was more comprehensive, realistical and accurate to detect the content of quercetin and adenosine in Pericarpium trichosanthis and Allium macrostemon extractive.
