摘　　要：目的探讨CD71、CD80在紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)患者肾脏损害中的作用以及CD71与IgA的关系。方法采用SP法检测免疫标记IgA、CD71、CD80在肾组织的表达情况。结果与正常对照组相比,CD71表达与BUN和ALB组间的差异有统计学意义。CD80表达与24 h尿蛋白定量、尿蛋白定性、BUN、ALB组间的差异有统计学意义。病理分型与CD71的表达呈负相关。结论 HSPN患者CD71均仅在远曲小管表达,CD80表达于近曲小管、远曲小管及肾间质,IgA均表达于肾小球系膜和/或毛细血管袢。IgA的表达与CD71的表达无相关性。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the function of CD71 and CD80 in kidney damage of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis （HSPN）, as well as the relationship of expression between the CD71 and IgA. MethodsImmunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IgA, CD71 and CDSO in the kidney. Results CDT1 expression wassignificant different in the patients grouped based on the BUN and ALB. CD80 expression was also significant different in thepatients grouped based on the 24h urine protein, urine protein classification, BUN and ALB. The pathological classificationwas slightly negative correlated to the expression of CDT1. Conclusion It was shown that CDT1 only expressed in the distaltubule, CD80 was expressed in the distal, proximal tubule and the mesenchyme, and IgA was only expressed in theglomerular mesangial or capillary loops in HSPN kidneys in IHC. IgA and CD71 were demonstrated with no correlation.
