摘 要:目的探讨微泡诱导的超声空化联合血凝酶对兔正常肝脏微波热消融效率的增强作用。方法健康新西兰大白兔40只,随机分为4组,4组均经相应的空化治疗后行微波热消融治疗,通过大体病理学、HE光镜观察及电镜超微结构显示比较4组微波热消融的效果。结果大体病理结果显示,微波热消融后D组的肝脏凝固坏死体积大于其他3组(P<0.05),C组坏死体积大于A组和B组(P<0.05);HE染色显示消融区域与未消融区域分界明显;电镜显示D组内可见更多的细胞核和细胞膜的破坏。结论微泡诱导的超声空化联合血凝酶可更显著地增加低能量微波消融体积,增强消融效果。Objective To investigate the effect of the microbubble cavitation combined with prothrombin on microwave ablation (MWA) in rabbit liver. Methods Forty healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups. After treatment, the targeted liver tissues in all groups were ablated with microwave (MWA) and the differences between groups were compared by measurements of the coagulated volumes, light microscopy with lie staining, and electron microscopy. Results After MWA, coagulated volumes (V) in the combined group was larger than those in remaining 3 groups (P〈0. 05). The coagulated volumes (V) in cavitation group was larger than those in physiological saline group and the prothrombin group (P〈0.05). The border between unahlated and ablated areas was clearly in 4 groups under light microscopy with liE stain. Transmission electron microscopy showed the cell ultrastructure disorder was more severe in the combined group than the remaining 3 groups. Conclusions Cavitation of microbubbles combined with prothrombin can significantly expand ablation volume and improve the therapeutic effect of low power MWA on rabbit liver.
