摘  要:将辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯(OSS)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)通过溶液共混的方法来制备共混浆膜,研究了OSS取代度、PVA聚合度与醇解度以及共混比对浆膜性能的影响.结果表明,当OSS变性程度加深时,共混浆膜的断裂伸长率和磨耗减小,断裂强度先增加后降低;增加PVA的聚合度与醇解度,有助于提高共混浆膜的断裂强度,降低磨耗;随着OSS含量的增多,共混浆膜的断裂伸长率下降,磨耗上升,断裂强度先减小后变大,当OSS含量为50%时,浆膜的断裂强度最小.Octenylsuccinylated starch (OSS)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) blend film was prepared by the so- lution mixing.The relationship among the blend film's properties, the degree of substitution of OSS, PVA structure and blending ratio were studied. The results showed that when the degree of substitution of OSS increased, the elongation at break and abrasion of the blend film decreased, and the fracture strength increased at first and then decreased. Increasing the degree of polymerization and degree of alcoholysis of PVA helped increase the breaking strength of the blend film and reduce the abrasion.With the increase of OSS content, the elongation at break of the blend film decreased and the abrasion increased, and the fracture strength decreased at first and then increased. The breaking strength of the film was the smallest when the blending ratio was 50:50.
