摘 要:近年来,焊接及物流自动化在汽车行业已得到了快速的发展。中国的工程机械制造行业也迎来了历史的转型期,自动化焊接及物流设备的引入将提升企业的生产能力及核心竞争力。本文从柔性自动化焊接生产线的角度出发,分析了后车架的结构特点及焊接可焊性,明确了焊接生产线的设计思路,并介绍了焊接生产线系统配置、系统配置功能以及应用过程中在质量和生产效率方面产生的明显效果。In recent years, welding and logistics automation has been rapid developing in the automotive industry. China's construction machinery manufacturing industry also ushers in the historical transition period, and the introduction of automatic welding and logistics equipment will enhance the capacity and core competition of the corporation. In this paper, structural characteristics and weld ability of the rear frame are analyzed from the per- spective of the flexible automatic welding production line. The design idea of the welding production line is clari- fied. The configuration and function of the welding production line is introduced in this paper, and the obvious improving effect of the quality and production efficiency through application is also introduced.
