摘　　要：腭隐裂是一种特殊类型的腭裂,无显性裂隙存在,但有软腭肌肉附着异常及不同程度的硬腭骨质缺损。由于仅10%的腭隐裂患者存在腭咽闭合不全及异常语音,很多患者易被漏诊,故对其研究较少。本文归纳总结了近年来国内外学者相关研究成果,对腭隐裂患者的颅颌面生长发育潜能、手术对其颅颌面生长发育影响以及与腭咽闭合功能的关系的研究进展作一综述。The submucous cleft palate is a particular subgroup of cleft palate, a congenital condition associated with abnormal development of the soft palate and various extent of bony defect of the hard palate. Approximately 10% of these patients may have velopharyngeal insufficiency, most of them have been undiagnosed, so the study about submucous cleft palate is rare. This paper reviews the research progress in craniofacial potential of growth and development, the effect of surgery on craniofacial characteristics, and the relation with velopharyngel function of patients with submucous cleft palate.
