摘　　要：肩关节镜操作是运动医学诊疗技术的重要组成部分。随着运动医学的不断发展和对肩关节疾病的认知水平的提高,肩关节镜的技术也在越来越得到广大医生的青睐。在教学实践中通过培训学员掌握相关的理论知识、熟悉肩关节的解剖结构和功能,掌握肩关节各种疾病的查体、诊断、治疗和术后康复,遵循规范的培训方案,以患者为中心,使学员了解肩关节镜诊疗技术的最新进展和前沿知识,在实践中取得良好的教学效果。The shoulder arthroscopy oPeration is an important part of sports medicine treatment technology. Requirements for training doctors in teaching practice to master the relevant theoretical knowledge, familiar with the anatomy and function of the shoulder joint, grasp shoulder examination of various diseases, diagnosis, treatment and postoperative rehabilitation, follow standardized training programs. Surgeons learn about the latest developments and cutting-edge knowledge of shoulder arthroscopy treatment technology, and achieved good teaching results.
