城市社区治理的“三社联动”路径探析——基于南宁市社区的考察

摘　　要：通过阐述南宁市"三社联动"社区治理的探索和实践,分析"三社联动"过程中存在的突出问题,提出创新南宁市"三社联动"社区治理的主要路径,即:健全完善联动机制,不断优化联动环境,培育和发展社区类社会组织,扩大居民参与社区治理,发展专业化社工人才队伍。Expounding the discussion and practice on community-social organization-social work joint operations community governance in Nanning and analyzing the prominent problems in community-social organization-social work joint operations, the article comes up with the key approach to innovation of community- social organization-social work joint operations community governance in Nanning, which includes improvement of joint operations mechanism, optimization of joint operations environment; cultivation and development of community social organization, expansion of residents＇ participation in community governance and development of professional talent team of social work.
