摘  要:目前在生产和生活中大量应用包装材料瓦楞纸板,但生产企业面临瓦楞纸板计量是一个较难解决的问题,为此研发一套基于机器视觉技术的瓦楞纸自动计数系统。针对瓦楞纸生产现场,详细分析瓦楞纸侧面纹理视觉信息与相关小波变换特点,将小波变换与相关形态学算法相结合,并选用离散Meyer小波,对瓦楞纸视觉信息进行处理。通过获取瓦楞纸视觉信息中连通域数目,求出瓦楞纸板纸张数量。经大量实验证明,所研发计数算法与其他计数算法相比较,能够准确、稳定可靠地获取瓦楞纸板数目。经工程实际应用验证,该自动计数系统能够满足瓦楞纸计数要求。At present, corrugated cardboard have been widely used in production packing, but it is difficult that corrugated cardboard number is measured on production site to enterprises. Hence, a corrugated automatic counting system based on machine vision technology is proposed. Through a detailed analysis of correlation wavelet transform and visual information of corrugated side texture features characteristics, wavelet transform and morphological algorithm is fused to process corrugated cardboard visual information. A wavelet transform is performed on the corrugated cardboard image to using Discrete Meyer wavelet. Corrugated paper number is gotten by acquiring the number of connected domain in visual information of corrugated cardboard. A large number of experiments show that the counting algorithm can obtain the number of corrugated cardboard accurately and stably compared with other algorithm. And then the automatic counting system can meet the need of corrugated cardboard counting in engineering by engineering practical application.
