摘 要:根据给定的变传动比函数,推导非圆齿轮节曲线方程,由共轭齿条加工原理,通过非圆齿轮的节曲线方程直接确定其齿廓方程。利用MATLAB对节曲线进行校验、修正,并绘制出非圆齿轮齿廓二维图,建立.IBL文件保留齿廓坐标数据。将获得的.IBL文件导入Pro/E建模得到非圆齿轮的三维模型,提高了设计效率及质量。The curve equation of non circular gear pitch was derived according to the variable transmission ratio function, and the tooth profile equation was determined directly by the principle of conjugate gear processing. Using the numerical calculation software MATLAB, the pitch curve was checked and revised, then the 2D drawing of the gear tooth profile of the non circular gear was drawn out. After that, the .IBL file to keep the tooth profile coordinate data was also established. Finally, the .IBL file was im- ported into Pro/E modeling to get 3D models of the non circular gear.
