船用集气罩烟气排放数值模拟研究

摘　　要：针对船用集气罩实际使用中可能面对的问题,数值模拟多台炉灶靠舱壁布置、多台炉灶在厨房中央布置、多个蒸汽集气罩并联排风等情况。结果显示,靠壁型油烟集气罩可以通过安排每1个灶对应一个可调抽风口,每2个吸风口连接1个装置出风口,使每个灶上方的抽气速度更均匀;多台炉灶布置在厨房中央的情况,应采用钟形集气罩,并使集气罩的投影面积大于灶台;多个蒸汽集气罩并联排风时可在各个支路设置调风门,增强排气效果。Several typical gas emission situations in ship kitchen were studied by numerical simulation. The results showed that it is more efficient for the gas trap hood to use adjustable valve by homogenizing gas flow. When ranges were fixed up in the centre of the kitchen, the bell-shaped gas trap hood with larger projected area is more appropriate.
