原发性空肠回肠肿瘤53例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨原发性空肠回肠肿瘤的临床特征、诊断方法及病理学特点.方法 回顾性分析我院2013年至2016年经手术治疗的53例空肠回肠肿瘤患者的临床资料.结果 空肠回肠肿瘤中,以肠梗阻为主要临床表现者居多（26/53）,其次为消化道出血（21/53）,其他可伴有腹痛,腹胀等.术后病理类型：良性肿瘤9例;恶性肿瘤44例,其中淋巴瘤19例,间质瘤13例,腺癌8例,肉瘤3例,类癌1例.结论 空肠、回肠肿瘤中以恶性肿瘤多见,恶性肿瘤中以淋巴瘤最多.空肠、回肠肿瘤临床表现缺乏特异性,诊断存在一定困难,应提高对本病的认识及警惕,以期达到早期诊断及治疗的目的.Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and pathological features of primary jejunum and ileum tumor.Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with primary jejunum or ileum tumors who accepted surgery from 2013 to 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the primary jejunum or ileum tumors,the most common symptoms of the tumors was ileus （26/53）,gastrointestinal bleeding（21/53）,abdominal pain,abdominal mass.Among these patients,9 cases were benign tumor,the other 44 cases were malignant tumor,including 19 cases of lymphomas,13 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GIST）,8 cases of adenocarcinomas,3 cases of sarcoma,one case of carcinoid.The clinical symptoms were non-specific.Conclusions The malignant tumors are more common in primary jejunum and ileum tumors,lymphomas is the most common among the malignant tumors.It is difficult to make diagnosis of primary jejunum and ileum tumor because of lack of specific clinical manifestations.Physician should improve suspicion and awareness of the disease that is crucial to the early diagnosis and surgical treatment.
