公众环保参与行为的影响因素研究

摘　　要：公众的环保参与行为和参与意识对生态文明的建设日益重要,通过对公众调查分析表明,在影响公众环保参与行为的因素中,个体的环保态度、个人规范和预期情绪等具有显著、正向的影响作用,个体的行为决策不仅建立在理性判断之上,还会受到道德判断和情感因素的影响。同时,通过责任归因和后果意识这两个认知因素可以激活个人规范和环保态度,从而诱发个体的亲社会行为和环保行为。此外,通过检验发现,集体主义对个人环保态度、个人规范等与公众环保参与行为之间的关系会产生显著的调节作用,但其对预期情绪与环保行为关系之间的调节作用不显著。因此,在生态文明建设中,政府需要加大环保宣传,完善生态文明法治建设,提升公众环保意识,发挥精神激励的重要作用;同时也需要加大惩罚力度和监督力度,发挥国民凝聚力的积极作用。Public awareness of environmental participation and participation in the construction of ecological civilization is increasingly important. The public investigation and analysis shows that the impact factors of public environmental participation,the individual environmental attitudes,and personal norms together with expected emotions have a significant and positive influence. In addition,it isalso affected by moral judgments and emotional factors since the individual behavioral decision is not only based on rational judgments.Meanwhile,the individual can also recognize these two cognitive factors through the attribution of responsibility and the consequences,and activate the personal norms and environmental attitudes to induce individual pro-social behavior and environmental behavior. The research finding also shows that collectivism has a significant regulating effect on the relationship between individual environmental attitudes,personal norms and public environmental participation,but its regulating effect on the relationship between the expected emotional and environmental behavior is not significant.
