成人牙齿错牙合应用口腔正畸与修复联合治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的探析成人牙齿错牙合应用口腔正畸与修复联合治疗的临床效果。方法对我科室2014年12月—2016年6月收治的86例成人牙齿错牙合患者予以分组研究,根据抽签法分为两组,即对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组予以口腔正畸治疗,观察组予以口腔正畸与修复联合治疗,统计对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为97.7%,对照组患者临床总有效率为79.1%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸与修复联合治疗成人牙齿错牙合的临床效果更加确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined orthodontic and orthodontic treatment on adult tooth malocclusion. Methods A total of 86 adult malocclusion patients were divided into two groups, namely the control group and the observation group, each with 43 cases in December 2014 to June 2016. The control group was treated with orthodontics, and the observation group was treated with orthodontics and rehabilitation. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared statistically. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.7%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 79.1%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of combined orthodontic and orthodontic treatment for adult tooth malocclusion is more accurate.
