核心科技创新促进供给侧改革的分析

摘　　要：运用逻辑与历史相统一的方法,提出科技创新是实现供给侧改革的关键,核心科技创新决定供给侧改革的实现,科技体制改革要由单项向系统推进转变,而科技创新的基本途径是制度创新、人才支撑、科技投入、需求扩大,企业是科技创新的主力军,创新活动具传导性与阶段性。Using the unified logical and historical method, this paper proposes that innovation of science and technology is the key to the reform of the supply front and that core innovation of science and technology determines the realization of the reform of supply front, so science and technology system reform should transform from single to system. It is suggested that the fundamental path of scientific and technological innovation is system innovation, talent support, investment in science and technology, and expanded de- mand. Enterprises are the main force of scientific and technological innovation and innovation activities are characterized by being conductive and periodical.
