血塞通软胶囊对急性腔隙性梗死合并脑微出血患者临床疗效的评价

摘　　要：目的:观察血塞通软胶囊治疗急性腔隙性梗死合并脑微出血的临床疗效及对患者血清中钙黏蛋白S100B、可溶性糖基化终产物受体(sRAGE)水平的影响。方法:本院就诊的86例急性腔隙性梗死合并脑微出血患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组43例。对照组患者给予基础治疗,试验组患者在此基础上加用血塞通软胶囊,2粒/次,每日3次。两组疗程均为8周。比较2组患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、NIHSS评分和MRS评分变化、血清中S100B、sRAGE变化水平及不良反应。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率为90.70%,显著高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05)。试验组CSS评分、NIHSS评分治疗后显著低于对照组(P<0.01);试验组患者血清中S100B表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),sRAGE水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗过程中未发现明显不良反应发生。结论:血塞通软胶囊对急性腔隙性梗死合并脑微出血临床效果显著,值得临床推广。AIM： To evaluate the clinical effi- cacy of Xuesaitong soft capsule in the treatment of a- cute lacunar cerebral infarction combined with cere- bral microbleeds and its influence on S100B and sol- uble receptor for advanced glycation end products （ sRAGE ） in serum. METHODS ： Eighty-six pa- tients with acute lacunar cerebral infarction and cer- ebral microbleeds were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 43 cases in each group. Control group received basic treatment. Treatment group were treated with Xuesaitong soft capsule ad- ditionally for a course of 8 weeks. Clinical efficacy, scores of CSS, NIHSS and MRS, levels of S100B and sRAGE in serum and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. RESULTS：The effective rate in treatment group was 90.70%, sig- nificantly higher than 74.42% in control group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, scores of CSS and NIHSS in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.01）. The level of S100B in serum in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the level of sRAGE in serum in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. During treatment, no significant adverse re- actions were exhibited. CONCLUSION ： Xuesaitong soft capsule has obvious curative effect on acute la- cunar cerebral infarction combined with cerebral mi- crobleeds, which is referential for clinical applica- tion.
