摘　　要：目的:对医疗器械产业在新时期的发展机遇进行分析,探讨医疗器械产业发展的机遇和挑战,为今后医疗器械产业发展分析提供引导。方法:分析我国医疗器械产业发展趋势;对比我国生产企业与世界领先企业的差距;剖析我国制造业升级和产业创新政策对医疗器械产业发展起到的推动作用。结果与结论:面对国外企业对医疗器械的垄断,中国医疗器械产业要借助我国经济快速发展和科技创新这个机遇,在国家鼓励制造业升级和科技创新政策的引领下,在医疗器械领域实现突破,发展先进高效生物技术及人口健康技术。Objective： To discuss the development opportunities and challenges and to provide guidance for the analysis of future industrial development of the medical device industry based on the analysis of the development opportunities of the medical device industry in the new era. Methods： The development opportunities of medical device industry in China, the gap between China manufacturing enterprises and world＇s leading enterprises, and the motivating effect of manufacturing industry upgrade and industry innovation polices in the development of medical device industry in China were analyzed. Results and Conclusion： As far as monopoly of foreign medical enterprise is concerned, Chinese medical device industry should seize the opportunity of rapid economic development as well as innovation of science and technology, and make a breakthrough in the field of medical device industry with the guidance of new policies of encouraging manufacturing industry upgrade and technological innovation to develop advanced and efficient biotechnology and population health technology.
