明清时期癫痫方分类及配伍规律

摘　　要：明清时期在宋(金)元时期基础上研制出212首癫痫方,筛选出180首效方进行总结分析。在熄风化痰的基础上,其组方用药思路不断拓展,主要以活血化瘀、泻火清热、养心安神、健脾温肾化痰为治则。创制了开迷散、龙马自来丹、黄芪赤风汤、清心温胆汤、安神丸、定痫丸、芩连清心丸、养血清心汤等方,活血化瘀配伍清热泻火、通窍醒神之品,清热泻火方强调配伍安神药,养心安神方与重镇安神方的分列,健脾化痰方与温肾化痰方并举,重视辨病施治,体现了中医辨证论治的特点。In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,212 epilepsy formulas were invented based on the achievement in the Song and Jin Dynasties,in which 180 effective formulas were selected for analysis. On the basis of extinguishing wind and resolving phlegm,there were more and more herbs applied for epilepsy,mainly by invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,purging fire and clearing heat,and nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind,invigorating spleen and warming kidneys,and eliminating phlegm. Kaimi powder,Longma Zilai pills, Huangqi Chifeng deeoction,Qingxin Wendan decoetion,Anshen pills,Dingxain pills,Qinlian Qingxin pills,and Yangxue Qingxin docoction were invented during this period. In these formulas,invigorating blood and dis- solving stasis is combined with clearing heat and purging fire as well as opening orifices and awakening mind,clearing heat and purging fire is combined with tranquilizing mind ,and nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind is combined with tranquilizing mind with heavy sedatives,and tonfiying spleen and resolving phlegm is combined with warming kidneys and resolving phlegm. These formulas emphasize treatment based on disease differentiation and also reflect treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.
