益气消癥饮联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察益气消癥饮联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法 :将82例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各41例,对照组予GP化疗方案治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予益气消癥饮治疗,3个疗程后评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、乏力、气短症状及T细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD8^+较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),对照组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰症状较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),但乏力、气短症状及T细胞亚群各免疫指标无明显改善(P>0.05),治疗组对咳嗽、咯痰、乏力、气短及T细胞亚群各免疫指标改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后KPS评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组KPS评分改善程度、生活质量、总有效率及不良反应程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组实体瘤近期总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气消癥饮联合化疗能够显著改善非小细胞肺癌的临床症状和机体免疫状态,提高患者生活质量,降低化疗不良反应程度。Objective：To observe the effect of Yiqi Xiaozheng decoction combine with chemotherapy treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods：Eighty-two patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,41 patients in each group. The treatment group were given Yiqi Xiaozhen decoction combine with chemotherapy,while the control group was given GP chemotherapy. The effect was evaluated after three treatment courses. Resuhs：Cough,sputum,fatigue,shortness of breath and T cell subsets CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋,CD8＋ in the treatment group were im- proved after treatment（P〈0.05）,cough,sputum symptoms in the control group were also improved（P〈O.05）, but fatigue,shortness of breath and immunity indexes such as T cell subsets showed no significant improvement（P〉0.05）. Cough,sputum,fatigue,shortness of breath and immune indexes like T cell subsets in the treatment group improved more than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. KPS scores after treatment were improved compared with before treatment in both groups（P〈0.05）. Improvement of KPS scores,life quality, total efficiency and side effect were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The effective rate for solid tumor in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,but without significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Yiqi Xiaozheng decoction combine with chemotherapy can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the immunity in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and also it can improve the life quality of life and reduce side effects of chemotherapy degree.
