摘  要:某款乘用车门内板零件的冲压生产中出现开裂缺陷问题,通过网格试验进行应变测量分析,从材料、模具以及工艺3个方面进行排查及分析,明确了该零件在冲压成形中存在开裂现象的主要因素是工艺中的辅助工序有缺陷,通过合理优化润滑条件,可以减少模具和拉伸件的有害摩擦,提高拉伸变形程度,开裂问题得到了有效解决。Strain measurement was used to solve the problem of cracking defects in stamping production of a passenger car inner door by the grid experiment, the problem was analyzed from materials, mold and process three aspects. It was found clearly that the main factor of the cracking phenomenon in forming was the defects in the auxiliary processes. So the lubrication condition was optimized. This could reduce the harmful friction cauded by molds and stretch, increase the degree of tensile deformation, and solve the crack problem effectively.
