摘　　要：依据31个省级公共图书馆网上实时参考咨询现状,探讨公共图书馆网上实时参考咨询采用智能机器人技术的必要性,并针对图书馆网上实时参考咨询智能机器人的功能提出几点建议。Based on the status quo of real-time reference consultation of 31 provincial-level public libraries, this paper discusses the necessity of adopting intelligent robot technology in real-time reference of public library, and puts forward some suggestions on the function of real-time reference intelligent robot in library.
