摘　　要：目的 观察25G玻璃体切除联合小切口悬吊术治疗人工晶状体脱位的临床效果.方法 对2014年1月至2015年12月在长春爱尔眼科医院就诊的8例（8只眼）人工晶状体脱位行25G玻璃体切除联合小切口悬吊术,随访6个月,观察视力、人工晶状体位置等.结果 末次随访视力均达到术前最佳矫正视力,人工晶状体位置良好.结论 25G玻璃体切除联合小切口悬吊术治疗人工晶状体脱位安全、有效.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 25-gauge vitrectomy and small incision IOL suspension in ciliary sulcus treat IOL dislocating into vitreous cavity.Methods Eight patients （8 eyes） with IOL dislocating into vitreous cavity were treated with 25-gauge vitrectomy and small incision IOL suspension in ciliary sulcu.All cases were followed up for 6 months.Postoperative visual acuity and stability of the intraocular lens were recorded.Results The last followed up time,8 eyes of visual acuity were as the same as best corrected preoperative visual acuity,with no tilt and decentration of intraocular lens.Conclusions IOL dislocating into vitreous cavity treating with 25-gauge vitrectomy and small incision IOL suspension in ciliary sulcus is safe and effective procedure.
