摘　　要：随着新型城镇化的推进,PPP模式的引入为社会资本参与基础设施和公共服务项目提供了一个可靠的渠道。但是,在PPP项目的实施过程中存在着诸多风险,对存在的风险进行准确识别、分析及评价就显得尤为重要了,运用科学的方法对存在的风险进行定性与定量的分析及评价,为实现风险的有效控制奠定基础。Along with the advancement of new urbanization, the introduction of PPP mode provides a reliable channel for the social capital to participate in infrastructure and public services. However, there are a lot of risks in the process of the PPP project implementation, accurate identification, analysis and evaluation is particularly important for the risk,make a qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation for the risks using the scientific method. The case can lay the basis in order to achieve the effective control of the risk.
