常用中药配伍抑制当归麻口病病原菌初步研究

摘　　要：目的:探索常用中药对当归麻口病的防治作用。方法:以苍术等7种中药乙醇提取物为原料,采用抑菌圈法和96孔板法筛选常用单味中药对当归麻口病的防治作用,将筛选出的活性中药进行配伍,用相同方法对配伍药物进行活性筛选。结果:常用中药对引起当归麻口病的病菌具有抑制作用,并且配伍之后其抑菌作用增强。结论:初步探索表明中药对当归麻口病致病菌具有抑菌活性。Objective： To explore the preventive effect of commonly used Chinese medicine on Chinese Angelica stem nematode disease. Methods： Seven kinds of Chinese medicine such as Rhizoma Atractylodis ethanol extract was used as raw material, the bacteriostatic circle method and 96-well plate method were adopted to screen single active traditional Chinese medieine, then the prevention and cure fimction of mixed prescription was studied using the same method, Results： Commonly used traditional Chinese medicine present inhibition effect on Chinese Angelica stein nematode disease, and the activity could be enhanced when they were mixed to compound. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine has antimicrobial activity on Chinese Angelica stem nematode disease pathogen.
