缺血性脑血管病患者血浆生长素水平的表达及其意义分析

摘　　要：目的研究并探讨缺血性脑血管病患者血浆生长素(Ghrelin)水平的表达及其临床意义。方法 80例缺血性脑血管病患者设为观察组,50例健康体检者设为对照组,所有受检者均接受血浆生长素检测。比较观察组与对照组、脑梗死患者与短暂性脑缺血发作患者、不同面积脑梗死患者的血浆生长素水平,并分析血浆生长素与缺血性脑血管病的相关性。结果观察组血浆生长素水平为(67.35±10.87)ng/L,明显低于对照组的(85.46±14.59)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死患者血浆生长素水平明显低于短暂性脑缺血发作患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同面积脑梗死患者的血浆生长素水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经相关性分析,血浆生长素水平与缺血性脑血管病呈负相关(r=-0.716,P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑血管病的发生可能与血浆生长素水平降低有关,血浆生长素水平降低在一定程度上会对脑缺血性损伤予以加重。Objective To research and investigate expression and clinical significance of plasma ghrelin level in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods There were 80 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease as observation group and 50 healthy people in physical examination as control group. All test subjects received detection of plasma ghrelin. Comparison was made on plasma ghrelin levels between the observation group and the control group, patients with cerebral infarction and patients with transient ischemic attack, and patients with different degree of cerebral infarction area. Correlation between plasma ghrelin and ischemic cerebrovascular disease was analyzed. Results The observation group had plasma ghrelin level as （67.35 ± 10.87） ng/L, which was obviously lower than （85.46 ± 14.59） ng/L in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Patients with cerebral infarction had obviously lower plasma ghrelin level than patients with transient ischemic attack, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The difference of plasma ghrelin levels in patients with different degree of cerebral infarction area had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Correlation analysis showed negative correlation between plasma ghrelin and ischemic cerebrovascular disease （r=-0.716, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Occurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease may show relationship with reduction of plasma ghrelin level, which leads to certain exacerbation of cerebral ischemic injury.
