普拉洛芬滴眼液控制青光眼手术后炎症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析普拉洛芬滴眼液控制青光眼手术后炎症的临床疗效。方法 90例青光眼患者,随机分为实验组及对照组,每组45例。实验组给予普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,对照组给予典必殊滴眼液治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗后的眼部情况评分。结果治疗后2、8、16、30 d,实验组患者眼部症状体征评分分别为(4.82±1.63)、(3.71±1.34)、(2.33±1.27)、(1.88±1.10)分,优于对照组的(5.86±1.64)、(4.34±1.51)、(3.19±1.35)、(2.46±1.25)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青光眼手术前后给予普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗可有效的控制患者的眼部炎症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of pronoprofen eye drops in the control of inflammation after glaucoma surgery. Methods A total of 90 glaucoma patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The experimental group received pronoprofen eye drops for treatment, and the control group received tobradex eye drops for treatment. Eye condition score after treatment was compared and analyzed in two groups. Results After 2, 8, 16 and 30 d of treatment, the experimental group had eye symptoms and signs scores respectively as （4.82 ± 1.63）, （3.71 ± 1.34）, （2.33 ± 1.27） and （1.88 ± 1.10） points, which were all better than （5.86 ± 1.64）, （4.34 ± 1.51）, （3.19 ± 1.35） and （2.46 ± 1.25） points, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of pronoprofen eye drops before and after glaucoma surgery can effectively control ocular inflammation, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
