^(89)SrCl_2联合^(125)Ⅰ粒子植入术治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨^(89)SrCl_2联合^(125)Ⅰ粒子植入术治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的疗效及安全性。方法选择恶性肿瘤骨转移患者600例作为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组与对照组,各300例患者。对照组给予^(125)Ⅰ粒子植入术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予^(89)SrCl_2治疗,都治疗观察3个月。结果所有患者都完成治疗。治疗后所有患者肝肾功能未见明显异常。观察组的疼痛缓解总有效率(97.0%)明显好于对照组(86.3%)(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(76.7%)(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗后的生存质量评分分别为(89.43±5.39)分和(78.20±8.22)分,都明显高于治疗前的(56.30±5.94)分和(57.10±6.89)分(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组的生存质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论^(89)SrCl_2联合^(125)Ⅰ粒子植入术治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的安全性比较好,能够缓解骨痛,提高治疗疗效,有利于生存质量的改善,具有很好的应用价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of 89 SrC12 combined with 125I seed implantation in the treatment of malignant bone metastases. Methods 600 patients with malignant bone metastases were selected as the research object and were equally divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 300 patients;the control group were treated with 1251 seed implantation treatment,the observation group was given 89SRC12 treatment based on the control group. Results All patients completed the treatment and had showed no abnormal kidney function, Pain relief total effective rates of the observation group （97.0%） was significantly better than the control group（ 86.3 % ） （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rates of the observation group （93.3%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （76.7%） （P 〈 0.05 ）. The quality of life scores in the observation group and the control group after treatment were 89.43±5.39 points and 78.20±8.22 points, which were significantly higher than before treatment of 56.30±5.94 points and 57.10±6.89 points （ P 〈 0.05 ） , postoperative quality of life scores of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion 89 SrCI25 combined with 12s I seed implantation in the treatment of malignant bone metastases has better safety, it can relieve pain, improve the curative effect and quality of life, it has very good application value.
